• in person at Air Canada Centre or Ricoh Coliseum ticket offices. Ricoh Coliseum box office hours are event days only 4 hours prior to gametime and Air Canada Centre box office hours are: Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST
