If you are experiencing difficulties in claiming your complimentary ticket offer, please try the following steps below:
1. Try using a different browser. Account Manager supports Internet Explorer 9 thru 11, Safari 7 and above, Firefox 27 and above and Google Chrome 3 and above. You may experience functionality disruptions when using other browser/operating system combinations.
2. Clear your browsing history, cookies and/or cache. If you are a regular Online Account Manager user, your browser may have stored previous data that is preventing the complimentary Promo Code link from working. To clear your data, all browsers have a “Clear History” or “Clear Cookies” setting within the “Options” menu.
3. Try using a ‘private’ or ‘incognito’ window of your browser. This is a window that has not stored any previous browsing data, and so the Promo Code link should work correctly using this method.
4. Continue trying throughout the day. Often times, all of the ticket inventory is being held in online shopping carts, and is released periodically throughout the day. This may be why your Promo Code is not working correctly.
