The Toronto Marlies announced today the club’s theme game schedule for the upcoming 2026-27 regular season.
Toronto will open their 22nd season on the road against the Rochester Americans (Buffalo) on Friday, October 2 before returning to Coca-Cola Coliseum for their home opener on Saturday, October 3 against the Hamilton Hammers (New York Islanders). The home opener will feature the banner raising of the Marlies’ 2026 Calder Cup championship banner.
Toronto will conclude the regular season at home on Sunday, April 11 against the Laval Rocket (Montréal Canadiens).
The Marlies will also play four regular-season games at Scotiabank Arena as part of the club’s annual series on November 21, December 27, February 15 and March 17.
Toronto’s School Day Games are scheduled for February 17, March 3 and March 31.
The 2026-27 theme game schedule includes:
October 3 – Home Opener
The Marlies will kick off the season by raising their 2026 Calder Cup championship banner at home opener at Coca-Cola Coliseum. Plus, arrive early as the first 2,500 fans will receive a complimentary 2026-27 Toronto Marlies magnet schedule.
October 24 – Championship Celebration Game
The Marlies will continue their celebration of the 2026 Calder Cup championship at the Championship Celebration game. Explore the newly unveiled installations throughout the arena and photo opportunities with the Calder Cup to commemorate the occasion. The first 1,000 fans will receive an exclusive 2026 championship celebration pennant flag.
October 30 – Trick or Treat Game
The Marlies will celebrate Halloween with their annual Trick or Treat game at Coca-Cola Coliseum. Fans can participate in Halloween-themed activities and dress up in their best costume for a chance to “Trick or Treat, Win a Suite” at a future regular season home game.
November 21 – Scotiabank Arena Series
The Marlies will go head-to-head against the Chicago Wolves at Scotiabank Arena as part of a series of four regular-season games held at the venue.
November 28 – Mascot Mayhem
The Marlies will welcome Duke and his fellow mascot friends to Coca-Cola Coliseum for the annual Mascot Mayhem game. Fans can meet their favourite mascots, take part in photo opportunities and enjoy special on-ice and off-ice programming throughout the game.
December 19 – Holiday Game
The Marlies will host their annual holiday-themed game at Coca-Cola Coliseum. Fans can anticipate special seasonal surprises as the Marlies take on the Laval Rocket.
December 27 – Scotiabank Arena Series
The Marlies will face off against the Belleville Senators at Scotiabank Arena as part of a series of four regular-season games held at the venue. Fans can experience Marlies hockey on one of Toronto’s biggest stages during the holiday season.
January 1 – New Year’s Day
The Marlies will ring in the New Year at Coca-Cola Coliseum with a matchup against the Charlotte Checkers. Fans can start 2027 with an afternoon of Marlies hockey, featuring special programming and activities.
February 15 – Family Day | Scotiabank Arena Series
The Marlies will welcome the Providence Bruins at Scotiabank Arena for a special Family Day matchup. Fans of all ages are invited to enjoy an exciting afternoon of hockey and celebrate the holiday with family and friends.
March 17 – St. Pats | Scotiabank Arena Series
The Marlies will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at Scotiabank Arena with a special double header featuring a festive afternoon matchup against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. Fans can make a full day of St. Patrick’s Day-themed activities and back-to-back hockey action at the arena.
April 11 – Fan Appreciation Day
The Marlies will celebrate their fans with with the club’s annual Fan Appreciation Day. Fans can enjoy exclusive giveaways, special in-game moments and surprises as the Marlies close out the 2026-27 regular season at Coca-Cola Coliseum against the Laval Rocket.
